More than 450 guest for the dinner gala San Patrignano will be hosting at Casa Italia together with CONI. The dinner will be prepared by Vite, the restaurant of San Patrignano, with a staff of ragazzi trained in San Patrignano under the supervision of chef Fabio Rossi. All the dishes will be prepared with 100% made in San Patrignano products. Starters will begin with Chianina meat and Pecorone cheese.
