The tasting of an unexpected dish, the revelation of an unknown wine savored in a moment, thats carved from the past.
The rediscovery of flavours both lost and found will be the canvas for this night at Vite Restaurant dedicated to the wines of the Agricoltural Farm Masciarelli from San Martino sulla Marruccina, a small village at the foot of mount Majella in the province of Chieti. A dinner in which the flavours carefully chosen by the chef Fabio Rossi best compliments the world famous wines of the Abruzzo region of Italy.
